Nettie
Nettie is the owner of BAM Medical Billing and a Certified Professional Biller. Nettie has been in the medical field for eight years. She grew a passion for medical billing, so she decided that getting certified and opening her own business was what she wanted to do. She is very knowledgeable in insurance benefits and has a passion for helping patients understand their benefits. Nettie makes every client feel as BAM is a part of their team instead of being an outsource billing company. Teamwork is what makes Nettie unique to her clients.
Baylee
Baylee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX, which includes minors in Marketing and Communications. Baylee is our Marketing and Sales Manager. Baylee has been with the company since the day we opened our doors. Baylee has been responsible for billing out charges and applying patient payments to the patient’s chart. Baylee will use her determination and quick-thinking skills to help our clients grow their businesses while working with BAM Medical Billing, LLC.
Deserie
Deserie has been in the medical billing industry, primarily in claims administration, for 14 years. Deserie made her start as a Patient Representative and decided she wanted to expand her knowledge of the industry. She has been with BAM Medical Billing since it began operations as the Claims Denial/Rejection Specialist. She works hard to ensure that all claims billed out are clean. She will appeal all denials for full reimbursement, including all supporting documentation, until all avenues have been exhausted, or until we get a positive outcome. We do this to ensure that our partners gain full compensation. Deserie is our insurance expert and is very instrumental in helping the client’s front office, and benefits coordinators understand how to run insurance benefits.
Whitney
Whitney is a National Registered Certified Coding Specialist here at BAM Medical Billing. She has been a coding specialist for ten years and has made BAM her home for two years. She is very passionate about coding and strives to ensure her claims are coded correctly and done promptly. This ensures that we achieve faster reimbursements for our partners. Whitney also is responsible for all insurance reimbursement postings daily.
